E*TRADE is currently searching for an SVP, Digital Banking to promote the strategic development of our digital banking portfolio and partner with cross-functional teams to drive the strategy, development and delivery of Banking products and enhancements. This individual will be responsible for ETRADE's bank products including deposits, money movement, and lending accounts, and will develop the banking strategy across these products with specific goals in mind. The successful candidate will drive innovation in the banking product, money movement and lending space to help create end-to-end customer experience & drive product engagement beyond trading & investing.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement strategic plans for E*TRADE's Banking and Money Movement products
  • Design vision roadmap and execute on strategic initiatives
  • Propel banking offerings through digital platforms with a direct line to impacting business results
  • Create customer journey understanding the competitive landscape, customer needs and new technology developments for all banking products
  • Analyze profitability metrics for new and existing products, formulate corresponding market strategies, and present recommendations to business leaders.
  • Coordinate with Business and Technology partners to implement enhancements in support of corporate goals, customer demands, and new technology demands
  • Engage with cross-functional partners across the organization to lead and deliver results

    REQUIREMENTS

    Basic
    • A Bachelor's degree or Masters preferred along with 15+ years of banking and digital banking experience

    Preferred
    • Strategic leader and influencer
    • An executive with the ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative work style
    • Leader in retail banking with a mix of products sold through branch and digital channels
    • Product management experience in the banking or finance services industry
    • Digital product development and agile experience preferred
    • Strong skills in oral and written communication including experience in effectively communicating with employees, colleagues, clients, and executives.
    • Ability to lead and develop people.
